💜 Digital Products
How do I receive my digital downloads?
After your purchase is complete, Etsy will email you a download link & instructions for accessing your files. You can also access your files anytime by signing in to your Etsy account and visiting Your Account → Purchases and Reviews. If you have any trouble accessing your files, feel free to contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
Can I print my files more than once?
Yes! Your printable purchases are for personal use only and may be printed as many times as you need. They may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Are your printables editable?
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, all printables are provided as ready-to-print PDF files and are not editable.
Why can't digital products be returned?
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be saved or copied after download, I’m unable to verify that the files have been deleted or unused. For that reason, digital purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have trouble with your files, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Where are your shirts made?
My apparel designs are created by The Crafty Dragon Workshop and professionally printed through trusted print-on-demand production partners. Each item is made to order, which helps reduce waste and allows me to offer a variety of designs without keeping large amounts of inventory.
How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel listing includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit. I recommend comparing the measurements to one of your favorite shirts before placing your order, as sizing can vary between brands.
Can I exchange clothing if it doesn't fit?
Because each item is made specifically for your order, I cannot accept exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact me and I’ll gladly help resolve the issue.

Are your dog collars handmade?
Yes! My paracord dog collars are handmade by me with care and attention to detail. Every collar is individually crafted rather than mass-produced.
Can I request a custom size?
Absolutely! If you don’t see the size or color combination you’re looking for, feel free to contact me before ordering. I’ll do my best to create something that’s perfect for your pup.
How should I care for my handmade products?
Care instructions are included in each product listing when applicable. Following the recommended care instructions will help keep your handmade items looking their best for years to come.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on the product. Etsy will automatically show available shipping options for your location during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product. Handmade items require creation time, while print-on-demand apparel is produced after your order is placed. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each Etsy listing before checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make things right.

What is your return policy?
Return policies vary depending on the type of product. Digital downloads cannot be returned once purchased. Handmade and print-on-demand items may have different policies, which are explained in each product listing. If you have any questions, please contact me before placing your order.
Do you offer custom orders?
